A generic LLM writes you an itinerary and leaves you on your own. Osi comes from a different conviction: the hard part of travel isn't generating a plan — it's reasoning it with real numbers, being with you when things change, and remembering you for the next trip. Osi compares transport with itemized costs, verifies hours in real time, pings you proactively during the trip, and builds a profile (Traveler DNA) that makes each trip better than the last.
Your conversations and trip data are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). No one on our team can read your chats — it's a design requirement, not a marketing promise. We don't sell your data. The Plan is built by a team of travel fanatics who also spent years building the data and operations systems behind large companies — in tech, media, and the travel industry itself. We come from a world where decisions are made with real numbers, not hunches.
The idea was born while traveling. We had planned everything carefully, and still the hard part wasn't building the itinerary — it was what happened during the trip: the flight that moved, the museum that closed, the last-minute call with no one to ask. That's when it hit us: we didn't need another search engine that hands you a plan and leaves you on your own, we needed a companion that stayed with us during the trip — and that afterward learned from what we lived so the next one would be better.
That's the gap neither ChatGPT nor a generic agent (like Manus) fills: the hard part isn't generating an itinerary, it's reasoning it with real numbers, being with you during the trip, and remembering you for next time. An LLM answers you and forgets you the moment you close the chat — no memory, no live data, not there when things change mid-route. Osi knows you, accompanies you, and learns from every trip.
We're an independent team in Mexico, with no outside investment — we grow with the travelers who trust Osi, not with venture capital. We prioritize privacy and real accompaniment over growth at any cost.
