Getting started

You can use Osi on the web without installing anything (theplan.travel/en/app), or on Telegram: search for @theplan_travel_bot and send /start. Both have the same free plan of 10 messages a day.

There are no proactive messages on the web: the features where Osi messages you first only exist on Telegram.

Languages

Osi works in Spanish and English. If you ask for another language, it tells you it only serves those two for now.

Plans and cancellation

• Free: 10 messages a day; the counter resets daily and the plan does not expire.
• Explorer and Family: see the pricing.
• Your plan belongs to your account and applies the same on the web and on Telegram. You subscribe with the “Upgrade” button on the web or with /upgrade on Telegram; to cancel or change your card, use /mi_plan on Telegram.

Sharing a trip

The /invite command generates a link to invite your travel companion as ORGANIZER (can edit the plan) or COMPANION (read-only).

Bookings

The Plan does not book for you. Osi sends you to official sites and the provider always confirms the final price.

Offline

Osi needs an internet connection to answer. From Telegram you can export your itinerary as a PDF to read offline.

Your data

• Export your data: /exportdata. Delete your account: /deleteaccount.
• If you joined through the web, write to [email protected] from your account email and we do it for you.
• Inactive free accounts: a warning after 30 days without activity and deletion 14 days later.
• The Plan is not directed at children under 16.
